My husband was impotent. He hide the secret from me and married me .. after one year when i started questioning him he divorced me and took my money and blamed in court that i am mentally unstable.. after years of fighting ..court permitted divorce .. i didnt get any maintenice and he took my money and gold for i.have any proof of it.out of trust i have given my gold and money whichi.dont have any proof...at last he won and i failed and i am.in.huge debt..i lost my youth , money and time .now i realise its just a waste of time.i.should have given mutual divorce.when my lawyer requested impotency test i only told.him not to do it..it will affect a person mentally..i gave that much decency to my husband now i think i could have asked for impotency test

Even families of police men and soldiers at border are destroyed by false cases due to these foolish laws❤😢Lawyers are pressured by their associations to not take action against fellow lawyers, even when they're aware of false cases or misconduct. Lower Court Judges who want promotions in their career also do not want to displease the association of advocates. This can lead to a perpetuation of false cases, such as those under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with domestic violence, or non-bailable POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) cases / IPC 377 Unnatural sex and even false convictions of innocent people if the judge is bribed as in AI Engineer Atul Subash's case or influenced by other means. Justice cannot be achieved by passing gender biased laws, introducing a new series of legally aided exploitation and injustice through false cases. IPC Section 211 specifically addresses the issue of false charges with intent to injure, stating that whoever institutes or causes to be instituted any criminal proceeding against another person, with intent to cause injury to that person, can be held liable. However, the pressure from lawyers' associations prevent lawyers from using this section or other relevant laws, like perjury cases, against their colleagues. This can have severe consequences, as you mentioned, with crores of men, their siblings, and elderly parents being put in jail due to false cases. It's essential to address this issue and ensure that the law is upheld fairly and impartially, without undue influence from professional associations. Plus the Law sees husbands as low creatures, and trivialise whatever documents and evidence he submits, husband's lawyer has to beg for justice apologetically. Opposite advocates behave arrogantly especially after the decriminalisation of adultery/ cheating in relationship/ extramarital affair and they do not have to produce any evidence.😢 After few time period the father and his family is painted /alienated as a villain in the minds of his children by those who have their custody systematically telling falsehood and separating them from their father using various means including influencing the judges, bribe, etc. Finally we have so many men cheated in their marriage giving crores in alimony and maintenance plus they loose their children to the person who cheated them. Whatever evidence that the father's have of their cheating partner may not be taken by the Court citing objections like Right to Privacy. Even a paternity test is objected by the Court citing lack of consent and Right to Privacy.. The only law were maximum number of women is convicted is 498 A, hence the law to protect women is actually detrimental to women because you don't need evidence, you just have to influence the Judge (money, promotion or other incentives) Therefore justice cannot be given by making barbaric laws like 498A, 376, 377, 506, POSCO, etc that assumes one group criminal without evidence, thereby making the other group a stronger one. Injustice therefore perpetuates in another form. Exploitation and Injustice will be continued by the new strong group over the weaker group. Justice can be delivered only by divine minds of honest Judges and not by making barbaric laws. Evidence should be considered at the stage of filing FIR/ arresting itself instead of getting jailed for several years while the Court decide on the fate of the accused innocent, who has lost his job / reputation, by taking its own sweet several years of time. I want you to be a great Advocate to fight for genuine cases for the sake of Justice and Truth, not necessarily for law, liberty, equality and fraternity, but sometimes against law, liberty, equality and fraternity itself.. Because Truth and Justice are greater virtues compared to strictly following the law, liberty, equality or fraternity
