Is the decline benchpress even good? sure :) What does/could it train? I'd test the spark again but just next to a bright lamp and the same camera setup. I've seen those lines generate simply from the sparks under the right lighting conditions without x-rays being involved. I learned the phrase "sanity check" a while ago, essentially it just means to validate what you think you're seeing. Idk if those are x-rays or not causing the line artifacts but I'd believe it more if the test I proposed doesn't show similar lines
Also, don't bench with the ez bar. I can't tell for sure, but it looks like your wrists are in a bad position. Upgrade as soon as you can afford to. The longer bar will help with lateral stability, too.
Do dips. Weighted, if you need to, and go deep. Decline is meh. Too much overlap with flat. Incline is underrated. Arching your back is for strippers. Unless you're competing, keep your arch minimal. Depends on your goals though. Do you want functional athletic strength, or are you just trying to get good at lifting so you can brag about your numbers? If it's the former, mix it up. Dumbbell press once in a while, bench with your feet off the ground sometimes, etc. Unless you're strictly bodybuilding, or powerlifting, lifting weights is supposed to make you better at things other than weightlifting. Bragging about your decline bench is like bragging about your leg press, or sumo deadlift. No one will ever take you seriously.
Bro check my page im 180 lbs and i do reps with 315 take my advice please. Dont only do decline you have to do all 3 variations to build a complete chest and avoid imbalances. Stop these bad habits ahead of time its gone take you forever to see progress and youll start using enhanced drugs like the influencers on UA-cam. We understand you dont want tk do flat banch and incline but sometimes it's about what you have to do youre only selling yourself short

Get a bench or do dumbbells... That form needs fixing also. You're touching your lower chest and then when pushing up drifting over your face. Suppose to stay in the same line.

You’re completely wrong. A proper bench has a curved bar path. Watch any professional talk about bench pressing, all of them talk about a slight curve in the bar path.
The bench press is the only main compound lift that requires a curved bar path, not a straight one.
