    Question for you guys, should I be targeting MD's in my niche if its common practice to have 3-6 month notice periods? or should I work downwards from there till it goes to 1-3 months notice periods? I just know how many placements fall through having that length of time to wait and obviously hurting cashflow too, or am I being a victim to this by not looking for a solution? Thanks guys your awesome!

    I think your information is constructive, but please remember that people are sometimes forced to do research on how to interview so that they can get a job and feed their family and pay their rent. the recruiting industry is a process that is creating a dead lock for getting hired. their is also the ATS which is also making it difficult. employment seeking is tuff out their.
