You ain't suppose to look at the card you don't want
Thank you 🙏 but what about the goat ?
By far the best video thanks
Glad I could help!
In Nebraska we just called it "bullshi**" (because bovine scatalogy is offensive to @youtube)
Very clear description of play. Thanks.
Thank you for watching ☺️
Three of a kind only counts when rolled in one roll not multiple rolls
Thank you!!
You are welcome. Thank you for watching!

Who should do a video about lucky jack card game
You got it! It's in the queue.
There's this unnamed variant I learned a while back which I can't seem to find elsewhere online.. Here are some differences: - 5's destroy half of the pile (Two 5's destroy the entire pile) - There are 4 face-down cards on the table instead of 3. - You are dealt 9 cards at the start and must CHOOSE which 4 cards to put on the 4 face-down cards before play starts. - You must not have a hand size lower than 5 instead of 3 (of course, until the drawing pool runs out). - Players CANNOT play out of turn to complete a four-of-a-kind. - Once you're on your 3rd deck (Cards face-down on the table) you can pick them up and look at them and not have to choose randomly. - 8's can beat any card and are "see-through", taking the value of the card last played before them. (E.g. if you place a king and the next player places an 8, the person after that still has to play a card that is equal toor higher than the king.) - 7's don't do anything. If I think of any other differences I'll be sure to add them! Also if you have any name ideas for this variant please tell me lol-
Love this! Thank you for sharing.
@@GameRulesCom Np!
Wrong wrong wrong
In your example, after the first hand, why did the dealer discard the 10 rather than the joker? They were left with a much higher score than they could have received.
Explain goat card
That is not how you play
Great clear explainer 😀
Glad it was helpful!
We call it 10 thousand. You roll 5 dice and 5 3’s = 3 k points and all the dice. 1’s and 5’s keep the hand moving but if you happen to throw 3 1’s that’s 1,000 points and if you’re lucky lucky 5 1’s = 10k points games over everyone gets an extra roll to go out. Cause I could score 10k points and stop but if you score 10,250 points then you win after the last roll has went around. It’s much easier to show someone with a set up dice than typing it out
Thank you for sharing this!
We now have every Uno game but Tres.
Just give it time!
Funnnn
Great review. Do you find the expansion significantly adds to the game play?
I would not play without it. =^)
great game. The variation that I played has exactly the same power cards as yours. HOwever, the only difference is that to add challenge to the game, the player cannot finish the game on an ace (other power cards can be finished on though).
Don’t know if there are multiple versions of this board game, but I bought one that doesn’t have all of the cards you have 🤷🏻♂️
Oh! Sounds like a production error. You might want to return the purchase.
Since there is no comment. Here it is nice video and never saw that cool retro wizard deck
Thanks for commenting ☺️
We have that exact same set😅
Bought this game a while ago and was intimidated by it. Thanks for this helpful tutorial, I feel like I can play it now. This was a great explanation! Now to teach my family.
I am happy I could help! Hope you enjoy the game.
Love this game played it with kids and water they had a ballll its just kinda fun, even without alcohol 😅
ty❤
You are welcome. 🤗
This is not the up and down the river or oh hell card game our family played for years ...I played it so much growing up. It's nothing like it and it's a betting game not a drinking game. It was called up and down the river because you played several hands ( rounds or games) starting with 1 card dealt to each player and progressed each hand by adding 1 additional card . Up to 13 cards dealt to each player when you played the 13th hand.. Then back down each hand with 1 less card to the last hand where every player gets only 1 card to play. 1 card is turned over after dealing to each player to establish trump. Each player bets on how many tricks they will win. A trick is when the lead player , person to the left of the dealer, plays a card establishing that suit of that card to beat and the player who lays down the highest value card of that suit or trump wins. The person who wins that trick now leads with the next card. You do not have to follow suit. Once all cards have been played a tally is taken to see if you won the number of tricks you bet to win. If you bet zero and did not win any tricks. You get 3 points. If you bet zero and won a trick, you get zero points. If you won the number of trick you bet to win. You get 3 points plus the number of tricks you won After playing 25 hands (1-13 then back 12 -1) the person with the highest score wins.
When we had no more draw pile all we were doing was passing the same cards back and forth getting nowhere.
she teaching me how to use qr codes ☠️
Thanks sounds fun
Really clear explanation. Thanks!
You are welcome. 🤗
We always give 5 points for number cards 10 for the 10 card 15 for for Aces and never use jokers……..
That’s how I grew up playing too. Keeps the scoring simple. ☺️
sameeeee
I'm new to your channel man keep up the good work and can you try to post out more card games viedos and dice games viedos please thanks 🙏
Hey thanks for the kind words. More card and dice games are coming. ☺️
@GameRulesCom ok thanks for responding I'm sorry for the late response
Very well explained thank you ❤
You are welcome ☺️
Yikes. I say boo to your explanation. Boo I say.
Thanks I didn’t understand anything
I can explain but Even i didn't understand anything.
Very helpful video for learning to play this game! Thank you!
Glad I could help. Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much this video was extremely helpful
Happy to help! Thank you for watching. ☺️
Let me rephrase that scenario just sent: Ina a 3-card hand, you get 2 “3”s and a “Q”, on your next turn you pick up a “4”. Can you lay down the 2 “3”s and the”Q”, discarding the “4”?
Yep! You sure can, and that would end the round. ☺️
Can you place 2 wild cards with one card in hand such as a Q in order to lays down your hand with a discard? Such as in a 4 card hand of 2 “4”s plus a J and a 5
Oops! I meant a Q and a 5
Yes, you can. :)
I'm sorry sigma
You got one rule wrong. The -2 tile forces the next players turn to be with only 1 tile. They dont draw back up to 3 until after they have played their turn
Great catch! Thank you. 🙏
I have always heard it played where the discarded cards are face-down, so there is not perfect knowledge of all the cards that are in the round. It leaves it so there could even be good cards that were accidentally discarded as the second card and no one will know that card was discarded.
I like it. Definitely adds more of a challenge. ☺️
You are correct and that's how I learned to play with all the discarded cards face down during the draft. I think he just placed the cards face up for the purpose of instruction.
Thank you! It is the best video; you explain it very clearly and understandably!
Glad I could help! Thank you for watching.
Thank you for step by step instructions, this was the best and throrough video for Quatro that I've seen
You are welcome. Happy I could help ☺️
A standard, well made Push Your Cluck kind of game.
This game is stolen, and he's playing it wrong, no straight in this game and that's not how you get a thousand points.😡
There are many ways to play these older traditional games. Please share how you learned!☺️
don't remember playing any straights either
Very Helpful
Glad I could help ☺️
I would've put the last red piece equal distance from the middle as the other red piece in that section so that I would've ensured a win, LOL. This game seems cool though. Always nice seeing how board games/table top games try to elevate themselves in order to not go out of touch (though that would never happen with good'ole connect four).
Yea! I like it when they put out the classic games with a new twist.
If you were not the winning bid but you bid 5 and your team captured 0 would you be -5 or still 0?
Great question! Only the bid-winner is responsible for making their bid. If you did not win the bid, there is no requirement. You simply earn the points you capture.
