how to replaced the fan and /ac belts on a freightliner cascadia new generation. A lot of older freightliner cascadias have the same tensioner, but use a differnt size belt If you don't have the pins to lock tensioner you can just use 3/8 bolts the same length as pins. pictures of bolt lenght and part numbers for belts at end of video.

My selector knob for face/feet/defrost ect isn’t in the correct starting position. On Def/Feet it blows on face only. I can get the blend door to reset if I have the knob on def/feet but it doesn’t reset the selector knob back to the correct position 😂

What is the issue your having?
It could be low freon and low pressure switch not allowing compressor to kick on. I had a 2023 cascadia about a month ago that I had to update HVAC software to get compressor to cycle properly. Is compressor engaging at all ?
Still not flashing
Fan speed turned to zero, temp turned all the way to heat, and mode turned to blow on face. Cycle key to on position. Hold a/c and recirculate buttons at exact same time and hold for about 10-20 seconds. Once flashing release buttons and wait for flashing to stop.

My truck keeps losing prime. Maybe this is why.

@@demontebackey8466 no… actually the problem was that the little blue hose on top of one of the fuel tanks got clogged with mud. It was fixed with a stick poking out the mud. This hose allows pressure balance in fuel tanks as the fuel goes down. So basically when it clogged up fuel couldn’t flow down.

The company that I work they turn off the ac compressor to save fuel ⛽ it's only put hot air the do that Tru the computer and now they keep turning off all the time
