There is no guarantee that him having a great yr in juniors results in success at the next level. There are tons of 1st rders that dont work out. Maybe the drafted him to be there 2C with all the picks they have next year. Which is not a bad thing. Not all picks will be superstars. Its team building. We have to relax and trust the team.

Hockey Time! This was our JV team. Good to see them stretch their legs. I figured they'd get Brando out there to help out next game and they are... Along with hampus. Carolinas is definitely in a bind with cap space. They need to let some players that are gonna want a truck load of money walk. Maybe try and trade Burns, KK and Kuznetsov. Try to sign some of the young talent. Bridge deals would be nice if the players would go that way but don't expect everyone to go that route
