Hi there . Just came across this vid on UA-cam ? I was still recovering from throat and neck cancer when i appeared on Bat TV . Three operations and lengthy Radio therapy took its toll , but looking backing back I'm glad i did the show ? When i was told of the cancer my first thought was , will i ever sing again . Will i ever be able to perform my songs in public again ? Well our magnificent NHS , all at Clatterbridge , and my surgeon "Professor Terry Jones " came to my rescue , and saved my life ? They - all at the NHS - are truly our national treasure , and i can never thank them , or praise them enough . Though not perfect , i think i did alright on the night . Like i said , coming accross this UA-cam video brought back to me all those fears i felt back then , and singing the praises of our wonderful health service is something i will do till the day i die ? ..... Hopefully of natual causes , haha ...... Love on ya,ll .... Gef .

My advice to women who find out that their husbands crossdress is to not panic. Probably all your husband wants is the occasional chance to cross dress. If thats all he wants, then maybe you can think of a way in which you could agree on how and when that might happean. If that is all he is doing, then its harmless isn't it? He may not want you to be a part of what he does at all. And you might not want to be a part of it either. Just talk to him. Try to stay calm. Its understandable if you are frightened. But find out whats going on. And give yourself the time to think about whats going on before you decide on what you do next.

This is my school

I was born (1930) and lived in Liverpool. To kid, it was a very exciting place to be. Everything happened there. My Dad was an Engineer. He took me to see exciting places and things. We went to Museums. Learned about History, Wars, Slavery, Machine Inventions, etc. We flew in a two winged biplane at a fair, I saw the Bluebird Car, I walked on the decks of the unsinkable Battle Ship, ((HOOD). Life was exciting. Then Hitler appeared in the News, (along with Spitfire and Blenheim's, in the sky, and Warships in the local docks, etc. Then War. Then Air raids, battered buildings, and deaths, etc.. By the time I was 10/11 ... My Dad was dead, I'd seen a lot...and thought somewhat like an Adult........

My dad born in 1933 , couldnt read until he did national service 1952 , thats how he met my mum , she was a nurse in Orsett Camp and volunanteered to teach the soldiers who couldn't read

My father lived in 204 Beaufort st, him and 3 brothers were not evacuated till 1943, my dad said after one bombing raids they went into the street the next day , my dad was about 7 and his brother was 6 , dad said there were bodies lined up on the streets that were pulled out of the bombed houses, my dad's brother asked him if they were asleep my father said to him know they are dead, his brother did not understand and asked why can't we get them up😢 eventually my dad and his brother went to Northwich on evacuation RIP daddy you are now a peace and the memory of trauma is gone ❤
