Our panelists were Beth Lewis, Executive Director of Save Our Schools Arizona; Nikolas Nartowicz, Lead Policy Counsel at Americans United for Separation of Church and State; and Mark Davis, President of the Freedom From Religion Foundation Cincinnati Metro Chapter. Together they explored how school vouchers infringe upon First Amendment rights, the damage voucher programs can cause to the integrity and funding of public education systems, the potential impact of the 2024 election on school voucher programs, and the broader societal and legal implications of diverting public funds to private and religious schools.
