Awesome, need to keep Safe Mode in mind for the next game where the installer doesn't seem to work under Win 10 (excluding 16bit installers, but for this we could use NTVDMx64). Need to try some of these new patches as I'm still using 445++ from 2010 and a dgVoodoo version from 2017. Game runs but accessing ingame graphics settings causes it to crash.

works like a charm, but only have 59 frames and i think vsync is activated i dont know how to fix this
I'm glad to hear it's working for you. Regarding the frame rate issue, try holding shift when double-clicking on drakan.exe. This should bring up the Riot Engine options where you can deactivate vsync. However, please note that 60 FPS is the preferred frame rate for a glitch-free experience. Running the game at 120+ FPS may result in physics and visual glitches.
