Scents help u sleep thru menopause?? Dropping me at Antarctica would maybe help me. When my dr told me it could last 10 yrs I almost cried. The hot flashes were every 20 mins burning up so hot that ppl would ask me if I was ok bc they could see my chest go red. Then I’d be wet from sweating, then it would end and I’d be freezing, shaking from the cold (no matter what the temp was). So that’s why I fought tears when she said it could last 10 yrs. It finally tapered off to about 3-4 per day, but then again, it’s been *15 - fifteen - years* since it began with night sweats. Even the patch stopped working. I feel like it’ll never end now.

Wow! Super informative! I started taking turmeric capsules 6 weeks ago and am really noticing a reduction in lower back pain and overall early morning aches.

This serum - ridiculously expensive and it contains lavender and rose flower oil - ingredients that DO NOT belong in the skin care, both are skin irritants. For free I wouldn’t take it. Sorry.

How is an essential oil gonna do that 💀
