Eccentric actuated high speed shear

這用160mm×160mm的鋼胚，要軋到直徑約20mm的建築鋼筋（竹節鋼筋），這往返軋延要跑幾次才能到達所須要的尺寸？ 如果製做鋼胚時，尺寸能做小一半，那軋延的時間不就可以減少一半？

@@longproductrollingmills8243 Just as an improvement of your process. Open the furnace discharge door when the stock/billet is over the roll table inside the furnace. You can save up to 10 seconds from exiting hot air to the atmosphere and saving gas, of course. At the end of the year, that is so much money...

Die Aufnahmen wurde einige Zeit nach der erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme 1996 gemacht. Seit dieser Zeit sind insbesondere im vorderen Teil der Anlage Modernisierungen vorgenommen worden. Die gezeigten SKET_Ausrüstungen sind unverändert erhalten und funktionieren einwandfrei. The movie was made after successful commissioning 1996. Some revisions were made especially in the roughing area of the mill plant since commissioning. The shown SKET-equipment works very well without revisions until now.
