Kinda similar to my house layout except the way it place the garage make car so hard to back out and everything in the house it place just make the house look crowded for an open space . I love the views though … I can build a lot nicer of a home w that kinda money n a lot more acreage

That's great, especially the elevated position of the lot. Somehow the dark full glass panels on the stairways are bothersome I'd just use fine railings.

Amazing house, great views. As a prent of young kids, two design elements i did not like, one is the balcony railing having horizontal bars, it's practically inviting kids to climb over. Similarly the floating glass panel railing on grand staircases would have me paranoid.

Overall it's a very nice property but for 1 million less it would be more reasonable

this house is overpriced @$4M.. the real value is around $1.2M-$1.5M for Lago Vista area...

For a house of this quality and price range I’m very surprised that it only has one master bedroom closet. Our house is a little over half the value and we have his and hers master closets (5800 sq. ft. Main house). I personally Would never pay over $1M for a house and have the neighbors as close as they are to this house. $4M and you can see your neighbors house like 20 feet away. No thanks.
