i have the same lock and the app can even read the lock but at the end doesn’t connect it says can’t find wifi and failed.

Muchas gracias por tu video muy ilustrativo, tuve algunos problemas para agregar mi cerradura a la App, encontré que no todos los Routers son iguales a pesar de ser 2.4 luego, activar primero el escaneo y luego la función de smart red en la cerradura permite la sincronización, pensé que tenía una unidad defectuosa pero afortunadamente logré configurarla, sugiero ensamblar la cerradura y alimentarla por cable c y configurarla con varios administradores (1 por huella, 2 con passwords, 2 tarjetas) antes de instalar, ya a partir de ahí se agregan usuarios y listo
