crazy right...adds about another 100 million damage

you must have the eternal gear for flowing strike for this to work. it has more absorb shield then lighthouse pants

@@NAADiabloImmortal am referring to the eternal gear peace which gives you unlimited shield basically when you dash. Am trying to build my tempest out and got no idea sorry. I thought the flaring lighthouse pant as eternal version would be best but I am wrong I guess.

@@romanromero5099 eternal gear will drop in terror rift, hellslayer bounties & oblivion pillar.

You definitely need good amount of potency and armor pen to let the dot damage do its thing...but hey it is different to just spamming primary attacks

@@NAADiabloImmortal even in 2K is big reso to average player. i will surprised if you can solo with 500+ reso

You should be 2k reso if you start fast or grind alot. Its possible.

@@NAADiabloImmortal I have them all the essence, therefore I do not understand, i watch the video when you use Rolling Surf, Primary Attack to Throw Water and Hurl Water Blades, but I only use Throw Water and not Hurl Water, I wonder why. sorry so much that i bother you a lot.

Lol yea i agree. I started on release of game lead a top 3 clan for the first 6 months before i got bored. Just came back 3 weeks ago now and started fresh on a new server with tempest and WTF. They are just absurdly overpowered.
