How tall are you in centimetres? I want to get forwardcontrols for my warrior and choosing between 3 or 5 inches , I am 186 cm.

Between this or a 2018 gold wing. Any experience with the gold wings ? Any similarities? Just sold my Harley Electraglide . Don’t love how it handles or the vibration

This video is by far the best Yamaha Roadstar Warrior review on UA-cam. This guy goes into detail about WHAT IT'S ACTUALLY LIKE TO RIDE THE BIKE. Imagine that? Everyone else talks about doing their laundry, about traffic, the weather, then when it comes do describing the bike or what it's like, they don't have anything to say really. This guy compares the bike to other power cruisers, how it compares to big Harleys, etc. Thank you for your service sir.

Did you add the exhaust from stock and did you notice a difference in power between stock and aftermarket?

Loving the black on the Raider. Still considering between the Yamaha MT-01 or the Raider or the V-Max 1700...

i have a blue 04 with the wind screen, leather saddle bags and a 2nd rider back rest, it still looks pretty good. i think it would look better without the wind screen but give up a little bit of looks for a bug catcher. I'm 6'5 and this is a great bike. I had an m109 also, another awesome bike.

this friday i am taking my 2015 raider from washington state to maine. new cobra pipes are on new tires are on. saddle bags in stalled power commander all dialed in tis ready to go. am i? hell im 69 years old i havent a clue.if i am up to it. but i will give it a shot. new brakes also only has 5100 miles on it i might just make it to spokane lol 3 hours away.

i have a 1700 roadstar that is absolutely not as powerful but it's comfortable... i just got a raider that is definitely more powerful.. the raider is more nimble except slower speed turns, it's a stock chopper what do you expect? obviously you have your warrior set up for you. Do you expect that every bike you throw a leg over is going to be completely ready for you? not a very smart review. i'm sure your warrior is the the only bike for you... spare us all the pain of reviewing other bikes 😕

What he didn't understand is that the rake of the Raider compared to the Warrior is gonna change not only the "nimbleness" but the whole darn experience!

I've always had a cruiser and a sport bike, but the problem I would run into is scraping the pipes and primary cover after riding the sport bike for a while. Conversely, after riding the cruiser, it would take a while to get back into leaning into turns on the sport bike. The Yamaha warrior allows one to ride the cruiser yet take advantage of the R1 suspension which might be what tips me into buying a warrior rather than a road star softail.

Raider has to much class for you. Stick to your dinosaur warrior

I'm getting mine in just under 2 weeks from Canberra Australia. I've ridden and owned everything but a Harley. The Road King is such a nice bike and can't wait to try it out. The truck can't deliver it quick enough. Looking forward to a change now I'm getting older and slowing down.

What would be better for longer rides the raider or the warrior cause I'm 6'3 280 and I haven't got a bike yet but I was told not to get a 1300cc like I was going to, that I would probably be disappointed and want to move up to something with more power when I sat on the Suzuki 109 that was probably the best feeling position bike I've sat on but that's about the only one I've sat on so far

I have the exact same bike. I'm assuming it was the 114. Even before the stage 2 and tune it would haul ass. It's extremely nice even at slow speed. I've owned a lot of Harley and I loved them all but this one gives more shit eating grins per ride than any other.
