I hear the sound of the wind, the birds, I’m not sure if it’s a car passing by on the background, your fett when you moved a little, your cup maybe. 😊 I do this a lot in the forest. I’m mostly in the forest 2-3 times a week. It heals and energizes me. ❤
It makes me feel SO much better. It’s crazy how good I’ll feel later on 😄🤭 I was sitting in a spot where the cliff falls down next to the road so I think one or two cars drive by at one point :)

I would hate to disappoint but I don’t do anything special hehe. I just use DOVE shampoo which I think is actually bad for your hair🤣 and I do not brush it after showering. I wait until it’s dry because I’ve heard that you can damage your hair by brushing it wet but that could also just be a myth🤣🥹 I also only use combs, no brushes until it’s SUPER tangled and I’m always gentle hehe :)
