Are you Shitting me? I No joke searched up "Gimme Gimme Gimme Bass Rocksmith" only 3hrs ago to learn the bopping walk on this. I had to watch a less than preferred quality RS charter to grab it, but our hive minds are at it again and this just casually drops as i finish learning the song. Thanks! Very well done! I got this song 2 days ago. I've attempted it twice and neither one was pretty. Even my best of the 2 at 96% sounded like hot trash. I'm pretty new to and therefore rather mediocre at both 6-String & Bass but this is such a fun song to try to play. Sounded really good here. You got my subscribe. I'm curious if you have any advice for me on something that doesn't put you out of your way to explain? I'm quite serious. So I started learning 6-String in 2021. Then it was the summer of 2023 when I was waiting for my new ESP to come, I decided to buy a Bass. I had never payed much attention to the thing in music until I started learning to play. I got a good deal and figured "why not?" Thinking it would give me something to break up monotony and learn things that might help me on both. I'm happy that I made that choice because now I absolutely love the thing. I never had any clue how bloody awesome playing this thing was. It's also given me a new appreciation for it when only listening. The thing is I started 6-String with regular picks and did okay but never could work it out. I started using thumb picks and that has worked so far. I play a lot of Metal though... It's my Go-To genre but I love a lot of different music. Thing is, when switching to bass I'm more or less capable with a thumb pick of not being complete s**t at it but I'm not good either. Additionally the pick is at home with metal but not so much with this sort of thing. I've tried here and there to lose the thing and play like you and most bassists do but that is TRAGIC when I try it. Is there a way I need to hold my "picking hand" for lack of a better way of putting it? Angles your fingers should cross the strings at? I truly do want any tips you've got because I really don't know anything about this. I'm simply trial and error learning as I go so any advice you have would be greatly appreciated. You know, you are a really good bass player and as another really good bass player I am grateful to you for doing this because it saved me so much time. However that that stupid graphic does my head in. I find it distracting and would rather see your hands clearly. My advice it lose it and get more followers.

Man you should check out g&l their l2000 bass is honestly my favorite bass as of now. You can play so many genres with that bass. Pbass is always the go to but the l2000 is Leo fenders last design you would like it.
