It might just be the sound of the microphone but if you really feel like trying to recreate it, you can try some EQ, compression, slight distortion and Low Pass Filter and do some kill switch stuff to replicate the glitchness of it, I've seen Queens Of The Stone Age use a similar microphone on a few shows so its probably easier to look up what the mic is tho
