Hi Gaurav, can you tell me what this is- My older sister is 29 years old and recently after she got diagnosed with thyroid, she has become very careful with her eating habits and is actually starving herself in the process. Lost immense weight in unhealthy way. Does not listen to anyone. But we all can see how she is slowly becoming like our father's mother who has strained relationship with my father. She is alive but doesn't live with us and its shocking for us to see how our sister is slowly behaving exactly like her. Like sleeping on floor, wearing old and torn out clothes, staying alone, separately preparing her owm meal. Taking of her past, she has always been kind of aloof, does not like us (her family much), and feels that we all think and conspire negative for her. What can help here? Can we help her anyway.

In the example you provide, the girl takes on fate of paternal aunt. I assume she doesn’t share any genes with the aunt. So you can take on fate of family members even though you aren’t related genetically ?
