I found a nice accordion like this in thrift shop for $90. Was tempted to get it but I don’t know how to play. It’s been sitting there since 2016.

Damn you have a great touch. I grew up to this, begged my Aunt to play it at every opportunity, I was her page turner. This is the best version I've come across - almost as good as my dearly departed Aunt 😉.. I used the sheet music as part a screen print montage as a tribute to her. Can you play Rustle in Spring per chance?, would love to hear that.

I came across this purely by accident and have played it over and over to the point where I HAD to contact you. I am not a pianist but my mother played piano, organ, and marimba. Brings back great memories! I used to play this many, many years ago, probably when I was 11 or 12. It was in 6/8 time, and when I changed piano teachers, my new teachers told me that I played it all wrong. So I had to re-learn it to please her. Loved the notations about Cavalry and Cannons in the various parts. I still have the sheet music.

Thanks for playing this. My dad used to play this for me. I had to beg him because he said it hurt his hands after a day's work (carpentry and mechanics and electrical). Your's is a little more embellished, but similar touch. It brings special memories. You play beautifully.
