im looking for a shop just to convert 5x114 to 5x112, not a big jump. wobble bolts won't fit because the hole size it too small, and im not interested in hand drilling my wheels mainly because the lugs are exposed

I have a 6x139.7 how much is to converter to 5x120.7 with shipping and handling from Saginaw Michigan
so the big question is, can you do wire wheels? There was a shop here in Denver that did it and he was amazing, but he retired, I need only 2 wheels done, both are the Bolt on style (not knock off obviously). Need from 5x4.5 filled/drilled to 5x4.75
all id need is for my 4x108 bolt patern filled leaving my 4x100
