There should be a $15 minimum order to qualify for delivery but I don't think tips should be mandatory because I have had deliveries from some pretty sorry azz drivers before. Postmates lets you change the tip after the delivery and several times I've changed my typical $8 tip to a $0.50 tip.

Acceptance rate does effect you. The higher your acceptance rate, the higher priority you get over other drivers in your area. You also get priority for hogh payong offers before other dashers. I make about 25 to 30 bucks an hour on average. My acceptance rating is 98%. My customer rating is 99.36 %. And there sre big perks to being a diamond dasher. Just sharing. 💜💜💜

Another mistake is taking cash on delivery orders. They will deduct the amount out of your earnings plus you also run the risk of customers refusing to pay

I noticed that you're flooding the cuticle, and that's one of the most common ways of lifting. When the product overlaps, that's how it can happen. Make sure that you're filing off all the shine, and find a really good bit to clean the cuticles. Don't use a buffer to file the shine, use a drill sanding bit or a file with grit to it. After all of the prep is done, I like to use swipe from Young Nails to clean alllll around the nail and rub the nail well. Then I'll use nail prep. I also like to use a base coat first before the color. Thin layers will help.

I don’t care if they do or don’t tip or p Al pay as long as it is $1.50 a mile or more I used to run a trucking company and that is as low as I will go because I can make 65 cents a mile driving a truck for someone or between &20 to $30 a hour driving a dump truck locally so yea $1.50 a mile is the minimum for me just today gas went 20 cents a gallon so

I had a 70% acceptance rating. Been making good money.But this Sat night was terrible. I kept getting McDonald's & Taco Bell orders. Over & Over $2-$5 dollars. All to be delivered to College kids on campus. . Definitely wasn't worth it or the hassle of going to campus. So my acceptance bottomed out .

Ive only had one great stacked order. Restaurants were next to one another and the customers were next door neighbor's. Other than that, stacked orders typically suck. 😂

After today ive learned my lesson. But i feel like i got punished for declining an order.. no one is tipping and you're right wth am i gnna do with 3 dollars? Most orders "for me" were under 10$ and an avg of 4-11miles.. today sucked as my first day 😩

So question what if base pay is 2$ a mile is it not worth it tip or no tip. I get 5-7.75 base pay often for 2-3 miles No tip on them. The base pay as much as 7.75

Should have to tip $5 at least. If you can't tip that then go get it yourself. Gas is high and wear and tear on vehicles and being other peoples driver, server, butler, whatever you wanna call it. It should be a given to tip at least five. It's a Job and if you can't go get it yourself then realize that dashers are out doing something for you to help you and also to feed their families. If a tip is not at least $5 it's not worth it in my opinion!!

It used to be you got base pay on stacks 2x so if each order has 2 dollars minimum pay now its 1 dollar so stacks aren't worth it at all unless you unassigned an order and keep the 2 bucks. What will happen now is you did the second order for tip only. same base pay as if you did 1 order and unless you are going to the same restaurant or same customer for both the orders you are basically cheating yourself out of 2 bucks its a sick game! AR doesn't matter I got 10 and 12 dollar pizza orders going 3 miles and 4 miles with 15 % AR the diamond program is a scam to get you to take 4 dollar orders going a mile with a cute emoji! They will tell you 5 bucks for 2 miles is high pay when in reality its a long wait and low miles but you don't make shit on the order! 3 years EXP 4k plus deliveries.

I do the absolute most and mine still peel I found out I just produce a lot of oils naturally and unfortunately that’s what is causing the lifting

The next time I show up to the same house who thinks it’s fine to just not tip, I will gladly use a cancellation on that order. I hope they tracked me all the way to their house too. Whoops, something came up. Canceled.

This nail industry is just a con! I tried almost everything on the market, primers, nail strengthener etc, it ALL chipped, peeled off within a week! It's all a con! Best solution is to use 2 basecoats, add gel polish then APPLY A 3RD coat of basecoat then 3 coats of a good topcoat! All a con! Get a real grip basecoat like cheapo Arte Clavo, MTSSII or Loreal 7 in 1 nail treatment! All a con! UK 🇬🇧 28.10.23

Use ace tone or alcohol wipe before you use any product, it ensures your nail plate is clean and dried out. Color Polish application is also very important, if your base coat is on the cuticle or if your color is on the cuticle It will almost always pop off, try going slow near the cuticle to ensure that you don’t put anything over top of it. And a top coat will secure it all in place and prevent chipping or damage which also cause your Polish to peel off Make sure nothing touches your nail after dehydrating and always remember to paint the tip of your nail (cap the free edge) after every step. This is a crucial step. Hope this helps! From your local nail tech!
