    Hi Dear, Your youtube video content is really good. but views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title. The SEO score is very low. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and promotion then lots of views and subscribers will come to your channel . I can help you.

    Thank you Anne and Kyle! Great info as always. Question: Truflation shows that the current inflation rate is about 2%, so what are the chances that the Fed keeps rates high in 2024? If mortgage rates go down significantly, what do you think will happen to the Chicago housing market? And when do you think is a good time for the "aspirational" sellers to list their properties?

      Inflation isn’t yet at 2%, but it is getting closer to that target. The Fed doesn’t set mortgage rates, but experts say that the Fed rate is likely to remain where it is or go slowly down. But even if the Fed rate stays where it is, mortgage rates could drop due to the factors that go into how that rate moves. If mortgage rates drop into other low 6s or even the 5s, we think the market will take off like a rocket. As for “aspirational sellers”-there is never a good time for Chicago area home sellers to price their properties above the market rate. We just do not have the demand.

    Are views and subscribers low on your UA-cam channel? Ways to increase views on videos. Hello, I hope you are well. I saw your UA-cam channel '2WildBoys". Your channel subscriber 395 and video 20. Your channel and video content are very good. Also, the thumbnail design is very attractive. But here are some problems: 1. SEO score is very low 2. No title - description - tags are SEO friendly 3. Not sharing on social media platforms and your UA-cam channel is a lot of trouble. As a result views, likes and subscribers are not increasing.     But, buying a home or apartment building as an investment and you plan on renting it; you must realize that COVID can pop back up at any time and your government MIGHT want to restore the NO Evictions Bans and they might invoke the STAY AT HOME strategy again, as the newest COVID is considered to be TWICE as communicable. . What does THAT mean for you? YOU RECEIVE NO Rent AND YET STILL HAVE PEOPLE IN THOSE SPACES WHILE YOU ARE FORCED TO PAY THE MORTGAGE AND THE REPAIRS AND THE TAXES. All with your government telling you to NOT evict non-payers of rent. Thanks for costing me hundreds of thousands and much more, GOVERNMENT.

    What people aren’t thinking right now is that they could actually get the same house cheaper compared to late last year or the first half of this year. Let’s just say your paying just one to two thousand more a year but saving tens of thousands, probably even hundred of thousand on a house because of this interest.

Interest rates are outages. Refinancing is expensive + tax. “Pay $$$ more and later, you can pay $$ to lower your payment to $$”

      On one hand I was surprised -- I think that's bold. On the other hand, their zestimates of home values have been off (up AND down) on a house by house and condo by condo basis for years. Other experts are saying that the lack of inventory is so low that this lack of demand won't make a huge difference in prices - I'm in the canp that prices will generally hold in our market. There will be some lower sales prices, sure, depending on neighborhood/condo building, but I don't see a 10% overall drop coming here. Thank you for your question!!
