Hi, Mr. Crawford! I am from Thailand and I had my stroke on April of 2021 at 61 years old. It affected the whole right side from my eyebrow, my lip my arm and hand right down to my leg and foot. It also affected my speech and my language and my short term memory. I can walk using an AFO. Like you I have to speak very slowly so people can understand. May l ask you how do you sleep with spasticity especially on the arm and hand? I have to use muscle relaxing meditation in order to sleep. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

My mom had a stroke that immobilized her left side. On a daily basis, I make her hand into a fist and then an open hand 600-900 times. Get your loved ones to help you. The more reps, the better, but do it gradually- it’s always stiffer at the start, and better afterwards. Your soft tissues (muscle, tendons, ligaments) need to be stretched first, before your nerves have a chance to exert power. Let your caregiver do the work while you focus on imagining the you are exerting the effort. GL!

Really great just coming off the December 24 cruise and they are a very entertaining duo.

Looks like a very nice cruise, would have nice if the ship went to Taiwan. That hotel you stayed in HongKong did not seem good at all. I’ve stayed in nicer ones there.

Was on this ship in march to the Far East And it was amazing experience I travelled solo Had my own cabin and veranda . And to experience the Far East. Vietnam was my favorite along Singapore. Wonderful memories Beautiful Scenery Fantastic Temples .

After reading lots of reviews so many people stated that not all of the cabins were updated when Celebrity revolutionized the ship back in 2019. Would you be able to provide video/information on if the accessible cabins were updated?
