When I used saturator and other processing my kicks just go crazy loud, I’m using the same limiter and everything and mines crazy distorted. What I am doing wrong? Too much sub or bad samples? Feel like it’s the same can’t ever get these types of kicks right and they’re the ones trending 😢

Hey man love this video! I just had a quick question. You mention that side chaining is so important and almost everything should be side chained. When you are side chaining the Mid & High range are you side chaining it to the kick & bass tracks? Probably a novice question but just trying to wrap my head around it. Thanks in advance.
