Great instructions for us seniors

Problems occur if you wanted to sleep past the scheduled time. Your sleep time will be truncated to the schedule. Thus all your sleep won't be tracked properly. Can't I just use Sleep Focus? I've seen conflicting answers including turning Sleep Focus On & Off through just the watch. Sleep Schedule is awful and works poorly!

I tired Defenslim and it did not work any where near as well as their videos suggest. I still had bubbles that could not be "worked out".

In past ios version it used to get activated automatically.

How do I add a photo of the person I've pinned?

I'm going nuts trying to reset my already established tp link kasa smart switches. They will respond to the Alexa app and turn on and off, but I can't get Alexa show to enable me to enable the skill that will allow me to turn the devices on and off by voice. Does that make any sense? Any help would be appreciated I do not want to reset my echo show because I don't want to have to re-register it again but I shouldn't have to reset the whole damn thing in order for it to recognize commands that it has already previously recognized. Oh by the way it says that I need to enable the skill to do that function which is just turning the lights on and off .. Then It'll say and then you can tell it to say "Alexa turn the lights on" I'm like yeah no kidding. The question I have is what is the name of the skill that will enable me to turn lights on and off. Thank you.

Sidewalk uses your a small part of your bandwidth to help other Alexa devices nearby get a better connection to the internet. Like your neighbors ring camera that they have a bit too far from their Wi-Fi router so it uses some of your wifi to keep it connected better. It is a very small amount but there also could be privacy issues with that as well. Your better off keeping it disabled in my opinion.
