In short ang mga newly hired for that school year ky hindi full pay during vacation days, kaso na boo na sila nabayaran during vacation days bago paman dumating ang memo for pvp guidelines, ex.vacation july and august, yung guidelines dumating september na, kaya september na ma deduct yung overpaymnt, kaya pgnagcompute na ng PVP, kung ano ang earned nila yun lang mapunta sa kanila, ex.sa 60 days na vacation days ,earned lng sila ng 10 days ,so ang 50 days ay without pay yun, overpayment yun at ma deduct sa sweldo nila
