@Hans_Grothaus I always wanted to go. I got friends up there with fishing boats. Had an aunt and uncle up there for a while, but I just didn't have the time.

I got to see my Marine roommate while I was there, he is from Anchorage, last time I saw him was 2005. It’s not an easy place to get to for sure.

I feel very blessed to of had the opportunity to get to Alaska and see these views first hand. Trying to share as much of that as I can.

I used flank steak and sliced it thinly, used some gluten free taco seasoning and a little olive oil and grilled the steak. Lettuce was precut, had salsa, cheese, and other toppings of choice. I also did ground beef for my kids and for my wife I actually used cauliflower and the same taco seasoning and olive oil. She loved it. She gave up meat for lent. Had hard shells, warmed in the over and soft shell street style. Quick and easy and delicious.

It is not very common. I have never seen it on a shelf. I felt good about the silent auction I won it at to support wounded veterans.
