Replacing rusty brake lines on the t1n Sprinter van. I replaced both rear brake lines leading up to the ABS unit. Mastercool tool made quick work of making the bubble flares on the new brake lines. Someone previously had replace the front brake lines and made a spaghetti mess that was driving me crazy. I reshaped and rerouted all the lines up at the ABS unit. This is such a good mod. Back in 05 I made a set of LED lights for my 02. I like the flashing
Love the patina. Don’t know if it’s artificial or real, but it looks great. I’d hesitate to do much cosmetically.

What a dream turntable. How long have you owned it? I have collected a lot of vintage Luxman amps, preamps and tuners. Hope to land a vintage Luxman turntable someday like a PD277 or a 441. Thanks for sharing!

Got a question for ya. I broke the ribbon cable for the encoder when mounting the y axis of an accurate DRO.
Am I able to replace with a different model scale than the one I had? I had an accurite senc 125 scale for the y axis but I can't find the same one on the internet at all

Excellent video. Always add a coating of oil on reassembly when placing back in machine. Grease is only applied to teeth of gears and not the shaft.
Hey there. I'm doing the exact same repairs to my 61 convertible. Tune in and have a look. The doors are off of mine. I just used some 2x4s to suspend the body. Works great.
Note for those who receive the DRO Screen with two buttons that are labeled differently. The CA button is the same as the AC button and the INV button is the same as the ARC button. As of March 2024 the Operation Manual has not been updated to show this.
Im looking fot same thing but not fot R8 but for Nmtb40.. from nmtb 40 to nmtb 40 my application is very high because it is modified and not easy to go all the way up there to swap tool) Looking for master quick changer)
Nice welding setup. I also switched from Miller to vulcan. Takes a few test welds to figure out speed and amps depending on material but definitely better for the price/cost. Miller was great but just to expensive when things broke.

The brand is ToAuto. These are 1um linear scales. The sizes are 700mm, 400mm & 300mm. Check eBay and other online sites for current pricing.

Thank you for the video as well as the Facebook contact info, I just acquired a bridgeport series 1 cnc mill with this spindle and I knew it was a 30 taper tooling but had no idea which or how it worked.
Is the QC 30 spindle for sale?

I am excited to get this system up and running. I will be turning the ram turret 180° occasionally to utilize the shaper head, so I need to mount the head unit and all the cabling accordingly.
