Thank you so much Amber! It's been super busy for me as well...most of it is doctor visits and PT, but man....I am so glad I have a planner! Speaking of Planner...I like to set my goals for the month in my planner. Sometimes I get the things done, and sometimes I have to push them off to the next month. I agree with you about the ancestral energy. I have been feeling that so much! I talked about that with friends TODAY in fact...I said...I have to spend less time on youtube and more time focusing on my Spiritual life and my ancestors this month (on KD's livestream today) and take care of ME because there is way too much negative and fear mongering going on! The Hawk is my Power Animal so when you turned that over...I was like...Okay Spirit I am listening :) You rock Amber! ❤
Thank you SO much! It looks like you are doing really well with your PT! I have had planners before, but didn't stick to using them. I do NEED lists & notes for myself though, so I use notebooks for different things, separate calendars for different things, & I use left over scrap paper from printing postage labels that only take half a sheet, etc. ... LOTS of scrap paper notes; partly because it stands out & I notice it on the table when I leave it right there in plain site vs a planner that I slack off on checking regularly (like email that builds up 🤣). Having it all conveniently in one place (a planner) would seem more logical. Life had been feeling quite overwhelming (still is, but not quite as much as it was) & that is when we need to prioritize ourselves, feel into what we actually need at this time, & if that means limiting specific things even just for a little while, then take the path that is most aligned for your well-being. When I turned the deck over & saw the hawk, I thought of you right away & that being your power animal!!! I then thought of my Grandma because I feel like she sends me birds...often hawks & bald eagles. I so appreciate you watching & your comments! ❤ P.S. What also came in, was a political message of "hold onto your hats, it's going to be a bumpy ride" in reference to the US political ads leading up to the election. Somehow, I totally skipped over it when doing the voice over, so I thought maybe there was a reason it was left out. I personally don't like to get too much into politics anyway, but I did have it in my notes. I think that unintentional "omission" enforces the point to focus on ourselves & don't get caught up in the negativity brewing in politics. It feels like the saying "You do you, Boo!" We need to be conscious of where we focus our attention & energy.

I know a few too many Octopus people! Trying to set healthy boundaries has been a goal of mine for about 2 years now...slowly changing how much I allow myself to be in other's energy. This has made me mindful of how much I put on others as well!

@@thewolfgirloracle The Tabby is Temmie & the Calico is Crumb. They have been keeping me very busy 🤣, but they have come so far with becoming tame & now loving the attention & petting. Temmie now touches noses with me AND Atlas! Crumb was just a tiny little thing when we took her in. I am guessing she's at least a couple weeks younger than Temmie. She was either a runt or the only survivor out of that batch because she was the only one that small. I'm not sure if she would have survived. They are growing SO fast now!

Catching up on videos today! I have a very similar feeling for July as you have. There is defiantly a heavy feel in the collective...and yes the shift is bringing a necessary chaos. We learn from each other & grow from there. The dark night part also had a bit of an ego death feel to it, but I forgot to mention that. I am also behind on watching videos & catching up.
