[ep.7] That golden time when you have the next thing lined up | Mini Retirement VLOG
So I discovered that my parents have been feeding all of our food trash (and sometimes even our food) to the neighborhood cats, possums, and raccoons LOLOL. Sometimes my mom will even cook the trimmings off of meat so my dad can leave it out for them… 🤦🏻♀️🤣
24 hours of debating and making pros/cons list and changing my mind multiple times… Deciding between the two offers was agonizing. xD Later, I realized that when I make decisions, I focus too much on what I will lose and what regrets I’ll have for each decision, when instead I should be focusing on the positives that will come out of each decision. Hopefully I will remember this the next time I have to make a big life decision again!
I thought I had outgrown Pokemon, but I’m happy to discover that I have not! (I tried playing a couple of times after college but I remember getting bored…) It’s so wholesome and I’m so grateful they keep on making new versions and stories after all this time. 🥹
Took advantage of this golden time where I have my next thing lined up and same with Caroline!! So glad we got to see each other so often. :D Not sure if another time like this will come again, where we’re in the same city and both not working at the same time (without the stress of job hunting). It was like a mini summer break from school hehe. :)
Also so much fun catching up with old friends. Some people I hadn’t seen in 7-10 years!

It’s time for my Taiwan redemption trip!
