    That’s a postpartum uterus shortly after birth. It takes 30-60 days to go back but it will go back fast if you breastfeed. It will take a long time if you don’t breastfeed. So you likely did nothing for that to go away which is why your limbs look the same.

    I have had 2 c-sections and nobody ever told me an out this. It’s been 7 years since my last c-section. How long can i expect to see results? and how long should i be doing this per day? i am able to go deep since its been years

    Stomach vacuums. They’re very low impact, can be done almost anywhere (even discretely), they’re safe for and can help heal diastasis recti, and they’re going to strengthen and tone the muscles of our natural “corset”. You can find tons of videos on UA-cam for this extremely simple exercise.

    Thank you for sharing. I was wearing it upside down. So I see most support is at the bottom of our tummy. When I tighten it, I notice the top portion of my tummy a roll is present, is that okay? Because I am squeezing the bottom, I feel like it the lose skin moves to the top and I have this roll below my chest above my waist band. Is that normal? Also, why can’t we wear it directly on our skin? Is it because of the marks it leaves on the skin? Also, the instructions say to not wear the 3rd part until after week 6 or 7, can we do sooner? I am one that had baby vag. And did not tear, so is it okay to wear the tired now?
