11:15 You can technically kill them, just that someone on their first playthrough wouldn't be set up to pull it off. But since the day-night cycle doesn't start until after the mission you're pretty safe to freely explore and farm without worry of the night, so you could end up getting a gun or crafting enough molotovs (and flammable liquid if you get the blueprint) before doing this quest to kill them relatively quickly. Though it's debatably worth it, iirc the only loot is some grenades (along with the usual corpse loot and their weapons) which aren't really worth using in the open world as they draw swarms of virals that can easily overwhelm you.
Imo it's very good especially if you're already a sonic fan. Sonic is like my number 1 hyperfixiation and the last couple years there hasn't been that many good sonic games so this was a very pleasant surprise. Sonic controls good the islands are very big and expansive there's alot to do,Cyberspace is mediocre some levels are good some are bad most are mid they re use alot of assets from sonic generations and level design from multiple sonic games. The story is good no where near something like unleashed or the adventure games but still very good the ending sucks though you fight a titan boss that feels very easy and if you're playing on normal or easy mode that's where it ends but if you're playing on hard mode you fight the titan than the true final boss which is just a rip off of touhou. Imo very fun but there's obvious ways it can improve a solid 8/10 for me
