I remember a Christmas themed version of this Coca Cola commercial a few years back and I'm trying to find it. Can anyone help me? Here’s what I remember: “For those who skate” (a spinning metal cap) “For those who slide” (ice sliding off a Coca Cola bottle) “For Carollers” (6 Coke cans opening at once) “And those under the mistletoe” (metal cap folded in half to resemble lips) “For starry nights” (light shinning off a bottle) “And twinkling lights” (close up of the fizz) “For those who want to drop by” (ice cube falling into a glass) “For givers” (Coke being poured out of a bottle) “For receivers” (Coke being poured into a glass) “For you” (full bottle of Coke) “For me” (half bottle of Coke) “For family” (Coke bottles arranged like a Hanukkah menorah) “For everyone in the holiday tree” (Birdseye view of Coke bottles arranged in the shape of a Christmas tree) Hopefully this helps.

I'm Argentinian (where this ad was made of, originally in Spanish of course) and I don't know why but the English version touches me more than the original one in Spanish. I guess it's the feeling that instead every crisis that we carry on, we still can do incredible things in and for the world (this ad itself was made at the worst part of the late 90s / early 2000s crisis, with its climax in years 2001 and 2002; even if you look at the deadline date at the can you can read "02 jul 2002").

It's interesting to contrast this commercial to the PS4 ad. This ad was made when gaming still wasn't very mainstream - it's a celebration of the weirdos, nerds, outcasts and fuckups that play games. The PS4 ads are all about 20-something white college kids who make up the mainstream.

That appears to be the opposite now because Microsoft is doing what you just said about Sony, Who are pretty much not doing any of that stuff on the PS4. PS I was surprised about what Microsoft did with the Xbox One and I decided that Sony is better in a way.
