So we’re you holding down the down button at the beginning of the video to get the two blue lights to come on
Yes. You initiate a Bluetooth link by pressing and holding the down arrow while pointing the setting tool at the local display. The center button on the setting tool will start to flash a blue light showing that it's trying to establish a link. Once a link is established the blue led on the local display will illuminate and the center button on the setting tool will stop flashing and stay lit up.

I saw this the first year I had ever attended a Dance Explosion and it just brought me to tears. It is by far one of my most favorite dances I have ever seen. Both dancers did an awesome job. great choreography.
