Hello, yes on my smart phone the volume is very low and the sound is garbled. It only happens with the Winnetka videos. I just now tried it on my laptop, and the video and audio come through clearly, so that's a good sign and I can watch there. Thanks!

Hey Mark! Thank you for the feedback. I am unsure how to troubleshoot the problem, there is audio in the video. I do know, and have experienced, a glitch of some kind where videos I wish to watch are without audio even though there is audio. My suspicion is you are encountering this with this video. Usually, I am able to solve the problem, but I don't know how I solve it.
