This is a video from a trip I went on way back in Feb, only just got round to exporting it of the computer with uni and everything being so hectic. Should be plenty of new videos coming out over the uni break coming up.
SOLO QUOBBA MISSION
Переглядів 3,4 тис.2 роки тому
Had a couple days off work and the weather opened up nicely and managed to shoot north for a bit. Was a bit skeptical on how I was gonna go landing fish but managed to surprise myself with a nice mackie, plenty of hookups were unconsolidated though on account of the taxman and other reasons. Hope you guys enjoy and make sure you like and subscribe so you don't miss any content
The LUCKLESS FISHERMEN are back - Quobba Fishing Trip
Переглядів 3,3 тис.2 роки тому
A trip of hookup after hookup with just everything that could go wrong while fighting the fish ending up in a lost fish. This is a big part of landbased fishing and what makes it so rewarding when you do get one to the rocks. Should be a video in the next 2 weeks of Kai's Solo Quobba Trip
Finally Back Fishing the SOUTH COAST
Переглядів 4702 роки тому
finally had a little window that George and Kai could sneak back down to the south coast. Since it had been so long we had to give ol faithfull a shot. A couple big hookups and some tasty dinners but unfortunately no dhus managed to get lost this time. Only really got two days fishing before weather turned and we went inland to hunt for trout to no avail. Hopefully gonna be back to some more re...
DRONE FISHING for BEACH SNAPPER
Переглядів 4862 роки тому
Had an absolutely insane night on the Snapper. 5 landed in around 2 hours, nearly every drop was another snapper. The little Mavic Pro getting the trick done. Been ages since our last upload, been many a donut trip, but coming to the end of uni for the semester so hopefully will be back into some more regular videos.

This is a short edit from our most recent trip up North, there will be a longer video coming soon hopefully, but we've been so unorganised we still haven't been able to compile all of the footage from the trip. This is just a short edit but hope you guys enjoy it and the longer vid shouldn't be too far away hopefully
Great Northern Trip: Light Tackle in Exmouth-Nearly Stuck on an Island
Переглядів 2222 роки тому
The final video from our trip back in June, as expected Uni exams are on this week so it was time for me to procrastinate again. Had an awesome week in Exmouth with Jim from Primal Instinct Fishing, unfortunately the bigger species weren't playing ball, full day out Marlin trolling and a full day hunting for tuna but the light tackle was enough to keep us busy while the tide went out and nearly...
YBS STEALS our spot-Insane MACKEREL on LURES
Переглядів 5862 роки тому
Headed out with Primal Instinct Fishing in order to get some mackie fillets to send Adam and I home with. Had one of the best days I've ever had fishing. Unfortunately was down to one GoPro with two batteries which both decided to run out at crucial times. While we were out fishing we had Brodie Moss sitting around 1-2kms away for the entire day until the afternoon, when we drifted off our mark...
The Great Northern Trip: more QUOBBA MACKERAL ON SPIN
Переглядів 3,8 тис.3 роки тому
So another week through uni and another week spent procrastinating editing this video. This covers the second day through to the day we left Quobba. Left my GoPro at Garth's so lost half the decent footage from day 3,4 but luckily the weather was crap so were just spinning the beaches. Awesome few days getting a mackeral each and helping Stoney land a 25kg (weighed on the homestead scales). As ...
THE GREAT NORTHERN TRIP: Day 1- Spanish Mackeral on Spin
Переглядів 7723 роки тому
Day 1 of our trip up North and we honestly had no idea what to expect. Desperate for a Mackeral on spin and as seems to be the case, we had plenty of shots at them but sharks and some hard conditions to land fish meant we lost all but 1. It would be awesome if you guys can like and subscribe, more videos to come from this trip.

If you enjoy the Video guys please Like it and Subscribe to the channel, we have a massive 2 week trip coming up so there hopefully be plenty more videos soon. Thanks heaps guys, Jim...
SALMON SLAM SESSIONS - Fishing the South Coast

Headed away on a trip trying to target some kings but a monstrous school of salmon parked itself at our burley bag and wouldnt leave for a few hours. Luckily they were very willing to take lures and managed to entertain us for some time.
TRIP ZERO- Our FIRST EVER LANDBASED Trip
Переглядів 4263 роки тому
This is our first ever south coast mission. After spending days and days watching Morning-Tide Films, we thought screw it, lets get out there and do something. We got so ridiculously lucky at every step of the way but man was it worth it. We have loved every minute of fishing off the rocks and can't wait to make some more videos to hopefully inspire others to get out and get involved. Please Li...
JIGGING the SOUTH COAST
Переглядів 4893 роки тому
Connor and George headed down south earlier in the year with the Craig Machine and his boat. Fair to say they nailed a ton of good fish and came back a few kilos of fillets. Groper, Kingfish, nannigai, Dhufish, Sambos all on jigs.

LAND BASED DHUFISH - Breaksea CATCH AND COOK
Is this in Perth Metro bro?
You running charters in 2024?
Was this garth
I used to do solo trips regularly....a cliff gaff(rope) is much easier to use
What setups are you using mate?
Good stuff boys
Love it
Nice work mate persistence pays off.
Why are he called the luckless fishermen?
Hi mate, what lures did you use?
Hey mate, this one was actually on a Gulp 9in grub because i was chasing cobia, normally for mackeral I use metal lures, Oceans Legacy Slingshots in 90g are my favourite
Hello can u share location
Seriously undergunned. Good effort though.
legends
Good stuff boys!
Good effort, been up there 3 times now and not beaten yet , but the weather is the main hurdle for me , was swell going over that rock last time I was there, and I'm alone so landing anything is hard. Got a huge spango near camp last time.
Hi mate, what month was this trip?
Great vid, awesome job by yourself!
Hi mate great videos. I’m also a solo fisherman. I also fish quobba. Let’s do a trip together sometime.
Awesome stuff man , Iam thinking Iam gonna do a solo trip soon myself
Sometimes it's worth just having 2-3 days solo and just enjoying the comfort of your own mind. Just be careful anywhere near the ocean fishing solo, especially off rocks 🤙
Nice vid mate. Just be careful on your own!
Am always as careful as I can be, would only ever fish solo in perfect conditions like these , and only after I've fished a spot multiple times previous.
Damn bro I’ve been to Quobba a bunch of times now and it’s just as exiting every time. I’m watching your vids as I’m heading up in 3 weeks time these are getting me keeeeen 👌🏽
Some seriously cool coastline up that way, editing these videos just makes me too keen to head back 😂
@@3ElementsFishing I bet man haha it’s an addictive sport 🤣 do you lads spin with wire trace ?
Yeah mate, tend to run 15-20cm 86lb single strand. Swivel at one and and either a solid ring or oceans legacy access Swivel at the other end.
Keep this content going mate 👍
Cheers for the support mate, working on it just need work and weather to line up 😂
Well done mate, fair achievement doing all that by yourself!
Cheers mate, there were a few nervous moments for sure
Extreme fishing for sure. We’ll done guys
Cheers man, appreciate the support
Sweet we’ll done
Awesome effort gents
great work
Cheers mate
Hey Guys, great video, I am heading up there next July and was wondering, did you hook any other smaller fish during the day or is it exclusively Macs
Plenty of zones to try for some spangos or little Trev's and that sorta thing 👍
Good Job boy 👍
Wannabe giddos fishing🤣. Good vid boys.
Most obnoxious screaming bunch of prats I have had the displeasure of briefly watching. Cheerio.
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🤙🏻
Way to noisey guys and the swearing.!! Really.
But good job tho 👍
Thanks heaps mate 👍
U should take me one time to quobba u know
Cool
Great stuff, what month did you guys go up...August?....and what would be the best months to hit it...Never been there yet...
This trip was July, completely depends and what style of fishing you mainly do. June-august tends to have the easterly winds for ballooning, but the swell I think is typically a bit higher so a bit harder to spin every day. Just came back from another trip there and hooked plenty of mackies on spin but the wind was howling southerlies most of the trip
yeww
you mean u stole his spot and he was waiting for you to leave
We were fishing this spot for 2-3 hours, hooking up very regularly, chased one Mackie down, turned to go back and his boat with his dive flag up is on our mark 🤷 I'll let you decide who stole whose spot 😂
he spends his whole life looking for spots overthere and I mean hes lived in that area for years
@@ethanmonroe7805 I agree he's probably fished that area before, doesn't change the fact that he pulled up where we were fishing and put his dive flag up so we had to move away from him, speared his Mackie and then kept fishing with his flag up meaning we had to stop fishing near him, don't care if he's fished there before it doesn't give him the right to kick others off it just cause of who he is.
You guys need a serious gaff
Have got both a 6m pole gaff and a better cliff gaff now 😂
@@3ElementsFishing hey just wondering do you guys ever bump in to a crazy man name Gido around that area
well done gents good effort. rocks look gnarly up there and think i would break a leg or something 👍
Marvellous. Nice video very good fishing
