The Model S Plaid is virtually faster than 99.99% of the cars out there. Acceleration wise, it will beat about 99.999999% of cars, only a handful right now are faster accelerating from 0 to 60 MPH and even to 100 MPH. At high speed things change and of course the big V10, V12 and W16 will go faster, but who cares? Who is going to be driving at over 150 MPH?? The Plaid wins. Of course, you also get some EVs like the Rimac Nevera that will be faster accelerating and top speed, but it cost about 20 times more, so again, Plaid wins. Once the new Tesla Roadster is out, and if Elon delivers what he is promising, then, with the SpaceX package, it will be the fastest ever production car both acceleration and top speed. And still will be cheaper than the Nevera and other exotic cars. Tesla is winning.

Thank you! I have the same setup. Actually you can make the lens to be parfocal. You just need a bit of adjustment with it and the experience is awesome. 1 fixed point for the camera and zooming in and out at breeze without adjusting the height knob.

A car being fast doesnt make it cool. Tesla is a poor mans quick car. Comparing a tesla to a real high end luxury sports car is like comparing an apple watch to a rolex. One will come and go the other will remain timeless. Why would someone want a car that u see everyday on the road? The answer is u really don't u just defend it cuz it's what u can afford. No one on the road or at a car meet would ever double take or take a pic of a tesla. U would get infinitely more compliments in a high end BMW/Porsche/Merc. Plus they actually have luxury..carbon fiber areas thru the car, higher grade materials,HUD, 360 cam,sport guage clusters, carbon fiber bucket seats, higher grade stereo system, ventilated seats, ambient lighting,etc.. it feels like ur in a luxury sports car. Tesla doesnt feel like ur in a luxury car or a luxury sports car. It's just blah. Anyone would rather have a mean and aggresive dope sports car with luxury and a head turning engine. U sacrifice all that just to accelerate quick once in a blue moon. What tech do they have that other cars dont? Every car has FSD and auto Parking. Tesla just have gimmicky shihh that u would hardly ever need. Theres a reason it's so cheap to make, they cut corners. Actual luxury sports cars would be a complete joy to ride going slow or fast. Teslas look like basic traffic 😂 Nothing feels special about being in a tesla or seeing one. Ive been to too many cars n coffee to know no one checks them out even with custom paint and rims. 😂
