I’ve read the mange’s and the main problem is that he gets way to strong way too fast
He definitely grows as a character but his development feels like it’s backwards where he loses his humanity 😅. Honestly though, my main gripe with the series is the plot and storyline itself which is mid.

Im glad someone else said it because ive thought the same thing. The guy doesn't grow as a character, he just gets stronger but the stronger he gets the emptier he becones. I bet that by his peak, he'll stop caring about his mother.
