What did you do to cause that?
I started working on a small wind knot with bail open. Wind caught the line and took a bunch out before I noticed it. At that point it was a mess and I reeled it back on to get that rats nest.

It looked like the water was coming into the boat faster than y'all could bail. How did y'all resolve that problem?
The floor got below the water line and water was coming in the scuppers. Two of us held the flaps closed while the rest bailed.
I've fished a few tournaments with a most spots category. Around 8 is considered great. I've never seen 19. Good looking fish.

Let me get this straight: You are wading in the middle of nowhere far away from shore in total darkness and without a wading staff?
I'm sure you don't ever make mistakes; but for us mortals, it's a great tip, and with lifesaving potential
We were maybe 200 yards from some land and we wade this area multiple times a year. We don't use a wading staff when we wade fish. Some day as I get older, I may need to use one, but for now, the balance is pretty good.

Kevin, well done. Safety out there is critical. I know from my years at sea, including the Bering Sea in winter, Gulf of Alaska in a gale, and our Gulf Coast marsh fishing. Keep up the message, including life vests and now, hypothermia. Rain gear at all times, full rain gear for wind and rain, food.water/space blanket for an unexpected overnight in the marsh... Ray
