The Path of Penetrating Wisdom
The focus for Days 91-100 of the 100 Days of Care is the ‘far-reaching’ attitude of Wisdom (Panna Parami). We develop discriminating awareness first through learning (i.e. hearing or reading ideas), then through practice (applying the instructions both in meditation and in daily life) and finally through seeing/knowing/understanding directly.
“The practice of the path is doing two things. One is, it’s refining our discriminating awareness, so that we become better at investigating our ongoing or unfolding experience. And the other is, we’re seeing the truth of what leads to happiness and what leads to suffering.”
In a nutshell, mindfulness (sati) and concentration (samadhi) create the calmness (samatha) necessary for insight (vipassana).
These instructions for practice were given at Stream Yoga + Meditation on December 18, 2024.

The 100 Days of Care is a freely offered program. It can be done in a blank journal if you don't have the workbook. Donations are appreciated.

I couldn’t finish the video as I thought you went though the rotation of consciousness of the different body parts a little too fast and 2 ads in less than 10 minutes brought me out of the meditation. Maybe just put the ads in the beginning and the end of the video? Thanks
Yes I agree that I went too fast during rotation of consciousness! It’s a recording from a live event that we’ve put up for those who couldn’t make it. Otherwise we would have put more time into fixing the pace etc. I’ll have to look into the ad thing. I think UA-cam puts them into the content (I’ve never noticed settings for them, and we’re such a small channel that we don’t get any ad revenue) - but I’ll look into it, in case it’s something we can control. 🙏🏻

Yes of course! Beautiful. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice passed from teacher to student and is quite 'scripted', meaning there are formulaic pieces sewn together to create the experience. You will find similarities with any practice of yoga nidra because of this.
This is amazing I've never been this relaxed in my life 😮😮 this is life changing (but if you don't continue to do it and only go back to your normal day after and don't do it again then it ain't gonna do s*** but giving you more energy on that one day)
