Good morning, it was so strange driving into the village and realising we had been there quite a few years previous, when i was into my photography and took loads of photo's there, but it was great to be able to go down on the rocks and get close up to the rapids. Ness had oysters at a restaurant the previous evening and obviously it was those that caused the problem, she was rough all day poor Ness. Enjoy your weekend, we may have a day in Wales tomorrow if the rain is not too bad! 😊❤ Andy

I can quite believe that, have visited Scotland many times but that was the worst week of weather we have ever had, but then the whole of the UK suffered this year, but that will not stop us returning to Scotland another time, we love it up there 😊 Andy

Hi, yes it was a beautiful hotel and we plan to go back there again at some stage, maybe for a longer stay. We are now back in the UK after a wonderful holiday in Cyprus, but what a difference in the weather, extra layers on today as it's so chilly here after being in 30 degrees heat! Good morning to you, yes i know what you mean we are hoping to go back up the west coast again at some stage but don't know when, it's simply stunning. We are well thanks and all ready to head of to Cyprus tomorrow and get some decent weather and sunshine, it's up around the 30's there at the moment so no winter coats needed unlike today. Hi Elizabeth, were all packed and ready for our flight on Thursday, were going to have lots of sunshine and blue sky's and the temp is a lot higher than it is here at the moment. Glad you enjoyed our second video and those steps are a bit tricky, think i will take the easy route next time. 😊 Andy

My knees don't enjoy stairs either! I take a walking pole with me and find it very useful.

@@grapesodatravels Hi, yes we carry walking poles in the back of the motor, Ness occasionally uses them but half the time we forget to take them with us 😂 Andy

@@Steve-Cross I remember the program well, showing my age now Steve 🤣 and remember them using Mini Moke’s, I remember my dad buying a brand new one but as we’re in the motor trade he soon sold it on for profit, we have visited Portmeirion several times over the years and always enjoy a day out there, thanks for the comment 😊Andy

@@Steve-Cross 🤣 We usually shout mint sauce at them Steve, usually wind the window down to shout at them and Ness normally says lots of Sunday roasts growing lol, but besides that it was a beautiful drive through the valley, and yes that bus will have to be very big now as we are growing slowly 😊Andy

@@wildberrygarden Hi and thanks for the comment, they seem to have got it right at Whitchurch and our favourite restaurant is there, Wild Shropshire, in fact we are booked to go there in October, a lot of towns are now declining like our local one Market Drayton and it is sad to see.
