I'd like to get my hair cut in a place like that. They really know how to pamper a man while they're cutting his hair. And they really know how to give short nice haircuts. One remark: the young, good looking barber should sit on the chair himself! His hair is far too long for a place like that :)

They're the same in that they both alter the texture of the hair. A "perm" adds more curl & wave, a "relaxer" reduces the curl & wave.
