How the heck can I build up my pinky strength and flexibility for this?

I cannot figure out how to do that Amaj7 (II) chord. I am very new but I cannot possibly see how to get my pinky all the way to the 4th fret. Not gonna happen anytime soon haha

I mindlessly played :17-:22 for like 5 minutes and my thumb started understanding the rhythm and the thumb independence. The main part is pretty rough still but it’s getting there! My other fingers have to start getting it together lol
