welcomes to cambodia ❤
The sweet you taste first is called Tapioca coconut cake. Not too sweet, but taste yummy.
Thank you so much for the Information. Yes it was not too sweet.
I used Laos through this international gate. I have to pay Loas immigration 10000៛ and back 10000៛. While Cambodia no need to pay. Anyway, I hope Laos and some gates in Cambodia will be more better and efficiency.
so nice
Thank you 🙏🏼
hello it me
Thank you 🙏🏼
Hope you enjoy while you're in Laos
Thank you so much! We appreciate your comment and we hope you enjoyed the video. We love Laos and we are enjoying it.
@@Flow.Travellers Sorry to hear you are having a hard time. Just the officer in Laos they should be shown more welcoming Tourist and be more helpful, if you really know locals are truly Lao people. Some are friendly. Love your video.. come to Laos again explored more in Luang Prabang and Vang Vieng. If you dont have transportation its hard.
I am Laotian myself grew up in the US...i dont like the officer s like that they dont know how to welcome Tourist. Make all Lao people looked bad.😢😢😢
Thanks for your comment. I think it was also our mistake because we were carrying a bill that is a bit scratched so I think bills should be in good conditions when you use it outside of the USA. Do you come sometimes to Laos ?
@@Flow.Travellers yes ive been back 4 times. Stay 4 1/2 years in Lak 38 Dhamma Center. I lived there for a long time i know how hard it is when you don't have a car. Theres alot of beautiful nature's in Laos.
@@Flow.Travellers They are so dumb when comes to money, i had that problem too. In the US even rip or scratch they still accepted it. They need to changed that. Its not your fault at all
@@sonevongkot6046 Oh wow! It is always lovely to be back home… Yes! Laos has been blessed with such a wonderful nature 😃🌿 It is not that bad … We hitchhike all the way to Ban Phosay from Pakse which it is 209KM It has been a fantastic journey!
@@sonevongkot6046Honestly, it seems with local currency with each country is not a problem, but with the foreign currency is when they get picky about it. It is understandable! We luckily were able to change it at the bank 😃 Everything else has been a smooth sailing 🙏🏼

It's our school!!!🤍
Thanks for watching and we hope you enjoyed it
Yehhh
what an ordeal. its easier crossing the Thai Lao border. always have a newer looking dollar bills.
Thanks for watching and sharing your comment. We didn’t know that it should be new and in good condition. In the USA they accept any bill, whatever the conditions even if it’s cut.
@Flow.Travellers same thing for canada. I had a ripped up canadian $20 bill. just had to tape it up and deposite to an atm. all good. except for the weather.
@@LAOBASSWe think the local currency in each country is widely accepted in any condition, but when it is a foreign currency the appearance needs to be 100% Glad you were able to fix the bill! The weather how was it? Really cold? 🥶 Thanks for commenting We appreciate you! 🙏🏼
@Flow.Travellers was in the coldest city canada for 40 years. currently in Lao.
Cambodia ❤ You

It’s your own fault not to do the money exchange before your trip from A to B. Study well before you go, don’t just taking chances. Be saved! Number one priority.
Thanks for watching, and we hope you enjoy the video! We had the money available, but we did not know that they wanted a perfect $100 bill that does not have any kind of damage on it That is the thing! We do not do research or study because we just flow that is why our channel is Flow Travellers ✨ We just go with what life has in store for us, no plan, no schedule, no nothing 😃 Thank you! ¡Happy and blessed 2025! ✨🌿 We appreciate you 🙏🏼

@@Flow.Travellers Sounds good. Our plans keep changing but we'll be in Nha Trang around February!
@ same here! We don’t plan, we just flow but let’s play by ear. We will be in the northern part around Hanoi since we already been in the south.
@@Flow.Travellers We've been traveling from north to south VN for the last ten years and Nha Trang is like a hidden gem for us. If you get a chance, do not skip this beautiful city with so much to see and do!
Vietnam was awesome, never been to Thailand and Cambodia was fine...... Laos is a hidden gem. Probably tied with Vietnam for me as fave SE Asian country.
And THIS is why I stopped messing around with USD in SEA . I prefer to carry currency in a Small Secure ( as possible ) Space . If folding it might " ruin " it according to the authorities ? I go Local Cash and forget about that whole Dog and Pony Show .
You are absolutely right! One should just carry local currency and avoid all the problems. In our case we don’t know if they accept local currency or only USD

hello from thailand
Hello 👋🏻! Thanks for watching and we hope you enjoyed it!
Cambodian are nice, it does not mean you guys can take advantage of them!😢 they are poor and try to get end meet every day. They should not get out of their way to help you having fun. If you want to travel the world save up your own money and travel. Don’t take advantage of others for your fun time.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. We truly appreciate and respect the generosity of the Cambodian people. Hitchhiking, for us, is not about taking advantage of anyone but rather a way to connect with locals, learn from their experiences, and share stories. We always make sure to approach situations with respect and gratitude, and we never expect or demand help it’s entirely up to the individuals we meet if they wish to assist us. We also try to give back in any way we can, whether through kind gestures, sharing stories, or promoting the incredible hospitality of the people we’ve encountered.
Welcome ❤

I grew up in Cambodia, and I can tell you that most Cambodians don’t really understand concept of hitchhiking. They all probably thought you were waiting for taxi. I’m surprised you could find a ride that way.
You are absolutely correct every time we try to explain them hitchhike they don’t know it and asking for free rides for them was a bit weird but even though people where so kind and helpful. Thanks for watching, commenting. We hope you enjoyed it

They were born to be wild in the countryside there and there aren't any age limits for drinking and driving. Most of the farm lands there are mostly cassava farm fields. You're very lucky to be able to hitchhike in that part of the world. Good luck with your continuing hitchhiking🎉
Totally understand! They born self-sufficient, independent, and with survival skills which some of us do not have it. They are strong and capable to face challenges that life presents to them. It is very admirable! Oh wow! We have Cassava in Venezuela 🇻🇪 It has a lot of health benefits We know!
