If it wasn't for the lawsuit ridiculous effort to gain the house for the daughter, I might have believed this as a true story. No matter how crazy, I can't imagine a lawyer accepting this case and taking it to a trial. I can't imagine a judge not throwing it out instantly. So, this is fiction.

I never ever had a birthday party nor gift , no Christmas gifts nothing plus I was only allowed to eat my parents and sister left overs if they left anything. All my food came out of school trash cans and restaurants dumpers only way I was able to get or have anything to eat.

This kind of behavior got bad in the late 1970s during a very dark economic time, then seemed to recede as things appeared to be getting better. Now personal litigation has reached an all-time high. Frivolous lawsuits are clogging up court schedules again. People are simply becoming more vindictive, and their intention is to hurt whomever they're litigating, even if there's no financial payoff. That's exactly what the old saying, "Revenge is sweet" is all about. The pleasure that goes with victory, with POWER OVER someone else, no matter how trivial the win. What a sad and sorry country the USA has become.

While Margaret was attacking her, where was Todd? Weren’t they strolling in the neighbourhood together? How come his reflexes were slow that Margaret managed to hit her with an iron rod twice, and he didn’t try to stop Margaret? Other people came running and caught hold of Margaret, but Todd, who was besides her, stood frozen?
