Interesting product! One question: if this bracket allows the anchor to move out-of-plane during an earthquake, what is stopping the top part of the wall from moving due to internal wind pressures? Does this mean the top part of the wall will move out-of-plane when exposed to wind?
@buenjeffersongayo8973, thank you for a well considered question. In apartments, we're direct fixing the perimeter of the ceiling diaphragm to all internal walls and introducing a shadowline floating connection to the facade (to accommodate the associated out-of-plane actions). Therefore, we utilise the correct number of brackets to resist the out-of-plane wind pressures for serviceability events, and limit the amount of damage for extreme wind and earthquake forces.

All that shows is it getting run over. Looks damaged.....but wouldn't know seen didn't actually get to see how it survived....
