Hi Malakai. The DAW I use is Ableton Live. Then I have ±270GB of sample libraries. Initially I started with Garage Band on my computer and on the iPad, then I moved on to Logic Pro, but after a while I felt that Logic was hogging 75GB of HD space with samples that I didn't use, that's when I made the switch to Ableton. The videos I create in Davinci Resolve and the DTP apps I use are Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo and Affinity Publisher. I'm moving away from all the Adobe Software that I've been using since 1994.

No I don't. For CPTSD it. may be a good idea to work with a therapist. I would suggest something like Kinesiopractic (Applied Kinesiology / Specialized Kinesiology, Classical Kinesiology), or Life Alignment. You will most likely need a few sessions. Alternatively, working with Kundalini Yoga - work with a qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher instead of just following along with UA-cam videos. There is a range of Rife Frequencies for various aspects of the condition. If you only get to listen to part of the recording then come back next time and continue listening where you left off so you get to receive all the frequencies... So perhaps listen to 10 minutes per day, but every day you take another portion of 10 minutes until you completed the track and then you repeat again.

Yes, we are a soul... But as a human having a human experience, we forget that we are a soul. We want to anchor back into the consciousness that we are our soul having a physical existence. As we constantly try and ground on the earth plane we also want to anchor into the soul plane.
