Carbon Pizza Oven

This was the first burn of my new Carbon pizza oven. What is neat about this oven is it has two sets of burners, one on the top and one underneath the pizza stone. You can see the blue flame of the bottom burner in the cut out CARBON letters at the bottom. My first pizza was pretty darn good. Maybe beginners luck. The crust browned very nicely. I will have another video while cooking the pizza.

How much time did it take to fully to cook through?
The orange flame for the gas is not good. The blue flame is hottest and doesn't make dirty The oven

It's OK, it does the job. I invested in a wood fired pizza oven and I love it mo better!

Nope, definitely not competitive or worth the price.
Was just curious if you’d be able to take a video of a complete cook with some video of the underside of the pizza. I was very close to buying the Ooni koda 16 until I heard about this oven. Very interested in the underside. Knowing it has the bottom burner I can only imagine it making the crispier underside. Any info would be super helpful
