When I think about something at night, I tend to think in a bad way, so I have always tried to keep myself in a positive mood. However, this music selection made me think it is okay to spend the evening in a slightly sad atmosphere. Today is the 15th day of the “English 30-day Challenge” produced by Sayaka san. Based on the assignments of the day, I commented here in English. 📝😊

You still look fit and flexible, most of us couldnt do those exercises if we tried. But you seem bettrr mentally and emotionally now, which is more important.
